Created to demystify and re-imagine the spa experience, Spa by JW offers an intuitive experience, luxurious yet purposeful with treatments and products designed to address four core benefit states: Calm, Indulge, Invigorate and Renew.
Balancing multiple objectives, I composed an email message to draw the user in with the spa's luxury and benefits while communicating JW's key differentiator and using the offer to encourage booking.
Bonus points? Rewarding experience? The lowest rates, always, on marriott.com? Members get it.
Although I developed it as a campaign headline, 'Members Get It' found a role in the overall Marriott Rewards story about all the perks of membership.

For this campaign, I told the story of Marriott Hotels Greatroom with the tone of slow, smooth Bourbon. The result was a campaign that extended the brand's story while inspiring guests to unwind at the bar with a cocktail.
